Fifty Two - Wild flowers and lots of birds

I'm almost done with bushwalking photos for a little while - I promise! I am pretty darn happy to have a couple of photos in stock today though, the combination of a yucky head cold and starting to get back into a proper fitness training routine (combat class with an overly enthusiastic instructor when unwell is haaaard guys) has left me kinda in a melted puddle on the couch tonight. This wild geranium was hiding off in all the kinda scrubby plants on the edge of the water - I almost missed it, you can thank Pappa's good eye for that one!

  8. It's been a long long time since I last saw a wild geranium. I don't think they are as common as you may think. Great photo of it.

  9. Beautiful! If I were a photographer (I'm definitely not!), nature photography would be my focus.
