I've spent the day dealing with a horrendous migraine (I've gained lots of my better traits from my Mum, I just kinda wish I hadn't inherited this one!!) which put a kibosh on any photos being taken. So here are a couple more shots from last weeks long beach walk. Due to the excellent weather lately my exercise buddy and I have been pounding the pavement after work rather than hitting the gym and I've gotta say the sea air does a soul good!
I don't get to experience the sea air all that often but, when I do I have to agree. It's energizing.
ReplyDeleteI surely do live closer to the sea than I did when I lived in Texas!!! But would like to walk on the beaches here in Oregon more frequently than I do!! Great shots for the day! Hope you have a beautiful new week!!
ReplyDeleteSea air seems to be so refreshing! Hope the head gets better soon, Aimee.
ReplyDeleteThe second shot suits me nicely. I've never had to deal with migraines.
ReplyDeleteI have post-trauma headaches from a head injury years ago. No fun.
ReplyDeleteAs someone who lived in Huntington Beach, I have to say I don't miss the fog and traffic but our new place is about 15 miles as a crow flies and the breeze helps all ailments.
ReplyDeleteSea air by night can be a most refreshing experience after a hot day. Love the lights in the second photo.
ReplyDeleteI sure miss a seabreeze! I got rid of migraine via acupuncture about 13 years ago, despite I did not believe in it.
