134 - Wintery Cityscapes

Even in the middle of the city I can find fluffy seeds to take photos of! I can't believe it's almost Spring already. Although Spring is my favorite, I feel like we haven't had enough Winter yet this year - I haven't done enough curling up on the couch with a blanket and a cup of tea and listening to storms rage outside. I'm hoping I'll get at least one more of those before the warmer weather kicks in for real...

  1. Well if you truly want winter... Minnesota is the place for you! Funny thing our summer is waning and during our supposedly hottest month of summer, it's been down right chilly! Pretty city scenes you've captured here.

  2. Nice to know someone else besides me can see the bright side of winter. A book, a blanket, some tea...glorious!

  3. That first shot is just stunning Aimee! I can't believe how fast this year is going either, we haven't had much of a Summer over here at all and I am quite ready for Winter now. Hopefully the last few weeks of Summer bring some sunshine, and hopefully you get to enjoy curling up and having a comfy Winter! - Tasha

  4. Super images Aimee.. it does look cold, especially with the tree 'skeletons' , if only it was as cold as it looks :)

  5. That third photo looks like a "white winter" scene. I'm eager for the start of Spring, my favourite season too.

  6. Terrific shots, Aimee!! After our HOT summer here in the northwest, I am SO ready for Fall and Winter -- but, of course, after a few months I'll be whining for spring/summer!! Guess some of us are just never satisfied for any length of time!!! Hope your week is going well!! Enjoy!!!

  9. Indeed, lovely shots. The last one looks right out of Dr Zhivago!

  11. I confess, I like winter. The sweaters, boots, and cold weather. Bring it on!
