What can I say... Perth is just pretty. I love it. But a note to self for the future, if I'm going to take really close up photos of flowers in planters edging a cafe, I might get fewer funny looks if I sit and get a drink there or something...
The flower is such a beautiful colour. Yes. We photographers are a strange bunch. I get the weirdest looks when I photograph shadow shapes. People stare at the ground and then look at me as if I am an alien.
I think all bloggers must get funny looks once in a while, when we photograph the weirdest things!
ReplyDeleteWe all get odd looks sooner or later when we're photographing something in a completely unexpected fashion. A colourful flower!
ReplyDeleteI do agree with Sami and William and I do think people find us a little weird and in my case at least, they're not far from wrong, but I do have fun!!
ReplyDeleteFunny! It gets people wondering what you might be seeing that they aren't!
ReplyDeleteLike your yellow topped trees in the square or park below the buildings. Try a martini... they'll never question you. hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteLove the sunshine I see in that last photo!
ReplyDeleteI'm quite used to getting strange looks when I'm out photographing things.

ReplyDeleteJust let the people know what you are up to, works everywhere, but then again, always nice to stop at a cafe and have a cup of coffee.
ReplyDeleteHaha! You have to learn to ignore the funny looks Aimee, Forrest Place looks fabulous these days.
