Seventy Eight - Easter Baking

I love to bake. Its kind of a problem when I'm trying to be healthy so I try to limit the amount of baked goods I produce unless I have a specific event or something to take them to. That is with the exception of the Christmas season and the Easter season when it's totally valid to go a bit baking mad. This year I decided to try my hand at hot cross buns for the first time... but of course they had to be chocolate ones!

    I love to bake too but, I haven't attempted hot cross buns. These look delicious. I end up taking a lot of baked goods to work where they disappear in no time.

    Never tried baking Hot cross buns. I love the smell of the cinnamon ones.

    I have these with a cross in Tesco in the UK, but not here.
