Today was the perfect day for a nice long hike on the Bibbulmun Track - cool, but not too cool, cloudy but not rainy, a nice breeze but not a cold wind. Perfect. Pappa And I walked from the Perth Hills Centre Out to the Hewett's Hill Campsite and back (about 20kms) - I will definitely sleep well tonight!! About 3 km in we crossed the Mundaring Weir Dam - a very beautiful spot indeed! I've always loved the old pump station, its just such a charming building. I hope you've all had a fabulous weekend!
You certainly went well over your 10000steps today Aimee :) super macro and long shot.

ReplyDeleteWonderful long hike, good for the soul, good for the body!
ReplyDeleteFabulous capture. This sounds like my kind of hike. As for my weekend, it was perfect until 10 inches of wet, heavy snow silently attacked!
