Two - Fluffy seeds overlooking the Mundaring Weir

I love texture. It makes me happy (I'm not sure if that's weird or not?). So when I was walking near Mundaring and started to spot fluffy seed pods all over the place I couldn't help but want to take photos of them. I like that from a distance these plants look all scraggy with the vines climbing their way through the grass trees and then you get up close and they are so delicate and just kinda lovely. I'm not 100% sure what kind of plant this is, it appears to be a clemantis of some kind but maybe someone who knows their flowers can let me know?
