Five - Any Surface is Fair Game

On a recent walk through the bush I happened upon a bunch of old concrete pipes. It never ceases to amaze me that no matter where surfaces are found, people feel the need to make their mark on them. I'm a huge fan of good street art - tagging not so much. Still I suppose its better than people graffitti-ing the trees...

  1. We have people over here graffitti-ing trees, sidewalks, hill sides, you name it, and they have already been there.

  3. You make a good point. It's better to paint up the old pipes than a beautiful tree. That top photo is fabulous!

  6. So love the hollow perspective and framing art of the pipe. And the snail is an odd but interesting one.
